Participants learn about budgeting, financial planning, establishing and using credit, preventing identity theft, and loan options. The goal of the program is to help families take the steps toward financial stability.
Participants learn the ins and outs of the various home loan programs and what to look for (red flags) - including but not limited to fees, closing costs, and how to protect yourself from predatory lenders.
